Access Rehab Inc. is a full-service rehabilitation and assessment centre dedicating to providing outstanding health care services by qualified and experienced therapists and doctors. Our mission statement is to provide the best physiotherapy and rehabilitation to all ages with our multi-disciplinary team. Our care will encompass the present problems through medical assessments as well as the injury prevention measures. Our main goal is to guarantee optimal care while adapting to the needs and satisfaction of our clients. We are looking for an occupational therapist to join our OT’s as part of the Multi-Disciplinary team.

As part of our team, you will provide the following services to clients in the GTA:

• In Home Assessment of Attendant Care and Activities of Daily Living
• Treatment Interventions in the home and in our clinics
• FAE’s
• Job Site Evaluations
• Case Management
