Muskoka (Huntsville Office)
Simcoe County (Barrie Office)

• Be registered to practice in the province of Ontario
• Be comfortable working in the independent and flexible environment of home and community care
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
• Possess a valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle for home visiting,
• Have the ability to work from home office.

About Us: We are a Canadian healthcare organization, founded in 1980. We provide services in Ontario, with locations in both rural and urban areas. Our team of over 700 outstanding people enables us to deliver healthcare services of an exceptionally high quality. We have contracts to provide services to 10 of Ontario’s 14 Community Care Access Centres, more than a dozen Ontario hospitals, and approximately 20 long-term care homes.

As part of our vision to build bridges to healthier Canadian communities, we make numerous professional presentations each year at conferences held by such organizations as the Ontario Association of Community Care Access Centres, the Ontario Hospital Association, the Ontario Nursing Leadership Network, the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and the World Congress of Physiotherapy.

We are fully accredited by Accreditation Canada, formerly known as the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation. We are members of the Canadian Home Care Association and of the Ontario Hospital Association. Rehab Express is a member of the Ontario Home Care Association.
