Requirements:

• Candidates must be registered and in good standing with the respective colleges and have a minimum of 3 years clinical experience.
• Have excellent time management and organizational skills and able to work independently.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Be a team player.
• Be proficient in computer skills.
• Have strong skills in critical thinking, decision making and analysis.
• Have a drive for continuing learning.
• Be passionate about their profession.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Experience in the following areas is an asset:

• Needs assessment and case management of complex files.
• In-home functional, attendant care needs, job demands analysis and accessibility assessments.
• Occupational therapy treatment in the areas of pain management, cognitive rehabilitation and work programs.
