DriveAgain is a Ministry of Transportation Approved Functional Assessment Centre dedicated to providing excellence in Driver Rehabilitation Services that serves Toronto, Burlington, and surrounding areas providing both assessments and treatment to those with medical conditions related to driving.

We are currently looking for eager and open-minded Occupational Therapists, who are excited to join our innovative and solutions-focused team.

We are a facility that provides rehabilitation to the driver population that may include clients with cognitive impairments, physical injuries, and psychological disorders. Our clients are referred to us through third-party payers, including insurance and WSIB, and as self-pay clients. All DriveAgain Centres provide vision waiver assessments through the vision waiver program with MTO.

The successful candidates will possess the following traits:

• Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and are  members in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Motivated self-starter with superior technical, verbal, and written communication skills and strong analytical skills
• Must be able to work in association with licensed driver instructors a part of the driver rehabilitation team
• Has experience working with clients diagnosed with cognitive impairments, including traumatic brain injury, and psychological impairments, including anxiety.

RESPONSIBILITIES include:

• Conducting clinical and on-road  assessments
• Formulating treatment plans and providing  recommendations with goal-oriented outcomes
