Join the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) to learn more about BounceBack: a free mental health skill-building program based in CBT that can help your clients learn practical skills to help them manage their symptoms of mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress, and worry. With the BounceBack program – adults and youth 15+ – benefit from the skill-building techniques offered by online videos, workbooks and a trained BounceBack coach over the phone.

Session Topics:

  • Learn about who can benefit from the BounceBack program and how the program works.
  • Learn about the evidence-based benefits of the BounceBack program.
  • How to support clients in accessing the two types of support available from BounceBack.


About our Presenters:

Anna is a former journalist working in the field of communications and knowledge transfer. Currently, she’s working on the province-wide implementation of structured psychotherapy programs at the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario Division. She was previously with the Alliance for Healthier Communities (formerly Association of Ontario Health Centres), supporting members to use the Canadian Index of Wellbeing in their organizations and communities. Anna holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and a master’s degree in journalism from Ryerson University.
