About our Presenter:
Carol MacDonald is an OT by training and background with almost 30 years experience in the auto insurance sector and home care. She has used her worldview inspired by her OT background to build a modernized home care model and to instigate systems transformation. Carol is the president and co-founder of Gotcare, Canada's largest self-directed home care company.
