About our Presenters:

Carol MacDonald is an OT by training and background with almost 30 years experience in the auto insurance sector and home care. She has used her worldview inspired by her OT background to build a modernized home care model and to instigate systems transformation.

Chenny Xia has over a decade of experience in working at innovating and modernizing society's most fractured and dysfunctional systems. She brings the lens of a human-centered approach to instigating necessary changes in our human services sectors.
