About Our Presenter:

Beth Linkewic is Director of the Regional Stroke Centre and North & East GTA Stroke Network at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. She is an occupational therapist with experience across the continuum of care in clinical, research, administrative, and academic settings across Ontario. She completed her undergraduate work at Lakehead University in science and psychology, her occupational therapy training at the University of Toronto, and Master's in Public Administration at Dalhousie. 

In her current role, she works collaboratively with system stakeholders to create an integrated system that supports access to quality and best practice stroke prevention and care. Beth led the development of the Ontario Stroke Report Cards and the implementation of the bundled care pilot for stroke in Ontario. 

She is past President of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists. Beth is passionate about collaborative change leadership, innovative models of service delivery, stroke and cognition, metacognitive approaches, and knowledge translation.
