Improving Sleep for Women
You're a women in your 40s or beyond. You're wide awake at 4 a.m. and exhausted all day. I would you like to invite you to participate in an in-person group program to address sleep.
This program is designed to help you: feel better rested and more alive, be less irritable, address any fear of not sleeping, deal with thoughts and stress that are keeping you awake, and manage night sweats and trips to the bathroom.
