This webinar will describe how the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure can be used to support client-centred care and outcomes.
A brief overview of the COPM will be provided including administration strategies for unique populations and challenging situations (e.g. individuals with cognitive impairment; children and adolescents). Specific examples of how the COPM can be used to facilitate client-centred goal setting, care transitions and client outcomes will be presented with emphasis on cognitively impaired and acquired brain injury populations.
