OSOT Member Survey - Gathering your Input as Ontario Begins to Re-open

OSOT members have experienced a wide diversity of impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic.  Many of our members have been able to continue working with limited impact on their day-to-day practice, others are working under increasingly stressful conditions of risk and increased workload, others have been required to modify their practice to virtual services, still others have experienced significant reductions in referral volumes and income or have been "laid off", while others are not working for a variety of reasons.

As we anticipate a return to a "new normal", the Society wishes to involve ALL members in identifying strategies that can best support OTs to successfully navigate this new normal.

To this end, in order to engage your inputs, we have designed a suite of 4 short member surveys which we will distribute over the coming weeks.

  • Understanding the Impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic on your Practice
  • Transitions to Virtual Practice - Ontario OTs' experience & needs relating to Telepractice
  • Adapting to the New Normal - Professional Development & Resource Needs
  • Reflections on progress to date - a follow-up survey we will circulate in early fall

We hope you'll consider how important YOUR input can be to help us understand, as a Society and a profession, how the pandemic has, and continues to impact occupational therapy practice!

Take 5 - 10 minutes to help OSOT understand the impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic on your practice to date!
