OSOT Celebrates Black History Month

February is Black History Month! OSOT encourages members to reflect on the achievements and resilience of Black occupational therapists and occupational therapist assistants, as well as the diverse communities we serve. Fostering inclusivity strengthens our profession and benefits us all.

For more ways to engage and share, Canadian Heritage offers information and learning resources you can explore. The Government of Canada has published a Black History Month digital toolkit, which includes ready-to-use materials like posters, social media visuals, and a virtual background, plus guidance to help you share content throughout the month.
