Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) Publishes Reminder for Insurers

FSRA has published an announcement reminding insurers of their obligation to pay medical rehabilitation benefits to claimants that is inclusive of reasonable and necessary travel time for health care providers. This will clarify the issue of denials experienced by occupational therapists.
