THEME: BREAKING BARRIERS
OSOT's Annual Conference 2016 will be held on Friday, September 23 - Saturday, September 24 at the
We think this year’s conference theme of Breaking Barriers - will resonate with our OTs and with you as exhibitors & sponsors as well! It’s meant to lend direction to programming and to underline the purpose of conference – to gather OTs and their exhibiting counterparts, from across the province to LEARN, SHARE, become INSPIRED & ENERGIZED, to PROBLEM SOLVE
and of course have FUN! We hope to encourage exploration of how OTs are breaking barriers in one form or another each & every day. Whether it’s - creating advances in technology to problem solve client needs, reaching a compromise in goal setting as a result of differing views, or making decisions based on fiscal restraints. In our profession - we may experience barriers at any point - from the ministry, system & policy level to at a team, individual client, or on a personal values level; and we know what an integral part you as exhibitors can play when it comes to breaking through some of these barriers!

Friday Evening Social Event
This year’s conference social has something for everyone! We’ve heard from our colleagues that they would love an opportunity to unwind to a night of dancing after an inspiring day of networking and learning at the OSOT conference. We hope to deliver on a social experience that exceeds your expectations… Join us for a great evening of food, fun and movement! Conveniently taking place within the Hilton itself, you can walk on over immediately following the Exhibit Hall Reception.
NOTE Re Accommodations: Please be aware and take the necessary precautions.
Companies have received a call from an unauthorized solicitor for the upcoming OSOT conference. OSOT and/or Innovative Conferences DO NOT use the service of a housing agency and would not call offering a reduced rate for a rooming block.
OSOT RESEARCH FUND SILENT AUCTION
We are reaching out to OSOT members to ask for your support and hope to inspire you to consider donating to our auction or to recruit a donation! • Gift baskets (filled with bath products, cosmetics, wine, non-perishable food items etc.)
Donors will be acknowledged beside the donation throughout the course of the silent auction. Donations with proof of value over $20 will be acknowledged with a tax receipt.
To donate please complete the donation form. Also, please note that you are not required to attend the conference if you donate an item... although we hope you will be there!
