About Our Presenter:

Lesya Dyk is an occupational therapist and graduate from McMaster University in 1989. She has been in private practice since 1998, and is currently President and Clinical Director of Lesya Dyk O.T. Services Inc., a company that offers complete occupational therapy services to those injured in motor vehicle accidents, as well as those of the aging population.

Over the years, experience in assessing and implementing home modification for clients has brought Ms. Dyk into the realm of home modification. Ms. Dyk currently sits on the Home Modification Council at the Canadian Home Builder's Association as the CAOT representative. She is past President of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario for three consecutive terms, ending in 2014. She was a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists Board of Directors as Treasurer until October 2018.

Fees: (All fees are plus HST)

Student Members: $25

Non Member: $75

Refund Policy: Refunds will be given provided that a request is received by the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists no less than 10 business days prior to the event. Refunds will be given in full less a $10.00 administrative charge.
