ADP will accept only E-Submission Applications Effective January 1, 2022

In order to support Ontario government-wide modernization and to continue the move towards digital solutions for claims submissions and processing with the Assistive Devices Program, the ADP will be eliminating the use of faxes to submit applications by the vendors.  Effective January 1, 2022, only applications submitted via e-submission will be accepted.
