Survey Description:  
Do you provide clinical care to a person with spinal cord injury (SCI)? If so, we want to hear from you! Researchers from the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto are conducting a study investigating experiences with medications for persons with SCI.
