Brilliant Minds Counselling and Therapy Centre is hiring! We are seeking a self-employed Occupational Therapist to join our team. We provide the space, clients, software, and admin support—your role is to deliver assessments and treatment.
This is a commission-based contractor position, with therapists earning 60% of billed sessions. Our in-clinic rate is $155/hr (higher for optional home visits). Weekly hours are consistent and set collaboratively based on your availability.
Applicants must be registered and in good standing with COTO.
Provide assessments, reports, and treatment for children and teens
Deliver in-clinic sessions (home visits optional)
Monitor progress and communicate feedback to families
Collaborate with other professionals and consult with community partners
Communicate effectively with children and parents
Maintain accurate and timely charting
