Caseload Area
We are currently recruiting one full-time ADP-authorized Occupational Therapist to support an adult community caseload under secure Ministry funding. Services are provided in clients’ homes within the following areas:

Responsibilities Include
- Completing comprehensive OT assessments focused on functional abilities, environment, and support systems
- Designing evidence-based treatment plans grounded in best practice and aligned with SMART goals
- Collaborating closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful, client-centred goals
- Providing education to clients and caregivers to support ongoing progress
- Implementing creative and engaging strategies that target ADLs, functional mobility, fine motor skills, self-regulation, and other individualized goals
- Evaluating and documenting client progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with COTO
- Excellent clinical assessment and intervention skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- ADP authorizer status (required)
- Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Professional liability insurance
