Caregiver Services Ltd. is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our concierge caregiving team as a Senior Care Coordinator.
This is a unique opportunity for an OT who understands the physical, cognitive, emotional, and family challenges that come with aging — and who wants to help seniors remain safe, supported, and dignified at home while also helping our company grow thoughtfully.
About the Role
As our Senior Care Coordinator, you will help us:
- Assess each client’s needs in the home and support practical, personalized care plans
- Guide, coach, and support the PSWs who provide day-to-day care
- Help families navigate difficult care decisions with clarity, compassion, and reassurance
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners
- Strengthen our care model as we expand our reach with the right clients and families

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant experience working with seniors with mobility, cognitive, safety, or functional challenges
- Experience in private homes, community care, geriatrics, rehabilitation, or complex senior care
- Strong clinical judgment and practical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
- A warm, calm, professional manner with families during sensitive situations
- An interest in helping a concierge care company grow while maintaining a high-touch, relationship-focused approach
