This is an OSOT research series webinar that will present the findings of an OSOT funded project that sought to examine the scope of practice of occupational therapists working in primary care. The study was conducted in two phases. The first phase developed a client encounter form to document practice. The second phase involved the pilot implementation of the form in two primary care practices.
