GLA:D™ Canada Training

Start Date

The course acceptance and format remain the same to ensure that the participant receives all the relevant information to be able to successfully launch the GLA:D program. This includes presentations on osteoarthritis and participation in the exercise session. Each clinician needs to attend all sessions and therefore needs to have the appropriate technology to host a video link for the 1.5 days and sufficient undisturbed space and the equipment to undertake the exercises on the Friday afternoon.
The remote course has been designed to ensure sufficient exercise experience for all clinicians whether they take it at home or within a clinic setting. However, to promote learning it is recommended that, wherever possible, clinicians take the course with others as this will improve knowledge sharing through visual learning by seeing others doing the exercises and providing modifications.
