Honour a Colleague! Nominate a Recipient for the 2022 OSOT Honourary Life Membership Award

Members of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists have the opportunity to recognize and honour a colleague who has rendered distinguished and longstanding service to the profession of occupational therapy or to the Society (OSOT) with a designation of an Honourary Life Membership.

Nomination Criteria:

• Individuals who are current or past members of OSOT. 
• A minimum of 3 nominators supporting each nomination. Each nominator must be a a current member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists.

Nominators must provide relevant information and examples of their nominee’s overall contributions to OSOT and/or the profession of occupational therapy in Ontario. The nominee will demonstrate sustained and outstanding leadership and/or contribution in at least two areas which may include:

• client programs
• academic endeavours
• management
• government relations
• leadership
• policy development
• community development
• team/task force involvement
