OSOT’s Annual General Meeting – Summary 

Thank you to the OSOT members who participated in last week's Annual General Meeting. It was great to reach quorum at the start of the meeting and to end with an engaging Members’ Forum. 


At the meeting, the membership approved:

  • the 2021-2022 Audited Financial Statements; 
  • an auditor for 2022-2023; and  
  • the incoming 2023-2024 Board of Directors. 
Membership approved revised Bylaws and Letters of Incorporation which will be implemented over the next year. Please watch for changes in timing to OSOT’s nominations and elections (coming in the fall/winter) as well as the Annual General Meeting (which will take place in March 2024).  

The new bylaws allow OSOT to accept occupational therapists assistants and organizations as members. We will move towards our first registration of these categories in summer/fall 2024. Watch for updates on our progress and opportunities to get involved. 

Participants thanked OSOT’s outgoing board members and welcomed our incoming and returning directors. Thank you to all participants and we look forward to the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
