ADP will accept only E-Submission Applications Effective January 1, 2022
In order to support Ontario government-wide modernization and to continue the move towards digital solutions for claims submissions and processing with the Assistive Devices Program,

OTs who are authorizers and have not already done so will need to work with vendors to identify strategies they can engage to support streamlined applications. OSOT encourages members to identify any issues relating to ADP modernization to the Society as soon as possible to ensure these are identified and addressed by ADP as implementation proceeds.
