Date and Time: March 4, 2026 | 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Eastern Time
Webinar Description:
In today's healthcare economy, clinicians are being asked to do more with less in many situations, with many older patients expressing the desire to remain in their homes. We will review current challenges faced in the community-based occupational therapy sector amid increasingly complex patient needs, aging at home, and system constraints. This webinar will highlight creative solutions SE Health has piloted and/or implemented to support excellence in client care in the face of these challenges. Solutions include: virtual care innovation, student placement creativity, and clinician skill building and support.
By the end of this webinar you will:
- Recognize the challenges currently facing community occupational therapists and consider the solutions trialed by SE Health for use in your own settings.
- Appraise creative solutions we have used to deal with those challenges.
- Construct similar solutions that can be used in other sites/settings to overcome the challenges of occupational therapists today.
