Shelley Vaisberg (she/her)
, OT Reg. (Ont.), Co-Founder, Chief Clinical Officer, Brainbot, is an occupational therapist with over a decade of experience in treating individuals with traumatic brain injuries. She holds an Adjunct Lecturer Appointment at the University of Toronto and has collaborated closely with the Department of Occupational Therapy and Science to provide LEAP placements and conduct research. Having endured persistent concussion symptoms herself, Shelley has firsthand insight into the complex and unique challenges that concussion symptoms bring to daily life. Her journey has led her to the forefront of enhancing occupational therapy with technology. She co-founded Brainbot, a digital rehab companion that leverages data and artificial intelligence to empower clients to understand and manage their concussion symptoms more effectively. Shelley's blend of clinical expertise, personal insight, and passion for innovative technology makes her a distinctive voice in the intersection of AI and occupational therapy.


Anne Hunt (she/her), PhD, OT Reg. (Ont.) is an Assistant Professor Teaching Stream at the University of Toronto in the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy. She has over thirty years of experience in brain injury rehabilitation practice and research with individuals across the lifespan and across private and public sectors. She has collaborated with the Brainbot team in conducting research and in supporting MScOT clinical placements and research student projects at Brainbot.
