This webinar will explore how the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) investigates an occupational therapist (OT) when a complaint has been made against them, what decisions may be issued, and how the OT can respond. The goal of this webinar is to explain how these regulatory proceedings work, with a view to providing practical tips and strategies, for OTs to minimize risks in their practice.

A representative from COTO will be present to answer questions.
