Working here as an Occupational Therapist includes opportunities for assessment and treatment including:

  • Design and implement occupational therapy assessments and treatment based on best practice in the areas of physical, cognitive and psychosocial recovery;
  • Discharge planning coordination from hospitals;
  • Client centered treatment with clients with various neurological, orthopaedic, and mental health conditions to address self-care, productivity and leisure goals;
  • Working as part of a community based multi-disciplinary rehab team;
  • Opportunity to incorporate new technology into clinical practice.

What you offer:

  • You hold a University-level degree in Occupational Therapy;
  • You have 2+ years of experience in a commensurate role;

  • You are personable, resourceful and excel at rapport-building;
  • You can develop and defend your clinical opinions both orally and in writing;
  • You have access to a reliable vehicle, possession of a valid driver’s permit and willingness to travel within your service area.
