Spark Rehabilitation is a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation company that contracts service providers to provide rehabilitation to children and adults within North Eastern Ontario.
Spark Rehabilitation is seeking to hire a licensed pediatric occupational therapists to work as part of our collaborative team providing practical life skills, self-regulation and problem-solving skills to help children participate to their full potential in school, self-care and play. Using sensory integration, perceptual motor training and cognitive-based interventions, you will analyze the activity a child wants to achieve and find the least invasive way to enable the child to be successful. We are looking for a client-oriented individual with exceptional work ethic, committed to providing quality functional occupational therapy services in an interdisciplinary team approach.
We provide community-based services such as home/school/work/community rehabilitation in multiple communities: Sudbury and Sault Ste. Marie and surrounding areas. This position is highly involved with our local aboriginal communities and having experience with this cultural group would be a major asset.
