MEDYLEX - Occupational Therapist, Immediate Start

• Performing in home assessments.
• Full time position, work from home base between/for travel.  
• Any specific training will be provided.
• Travel is required, must be able to travel to various regions in Ontario.
• Experience in the Auto industry and/or SABS is an asset.
• Must have at least 5 years of Clinical experience. 
• Experience must be in Canada. 
• $75,000 - $85,000 year, full-time with paid time off plus benefits.
• Competitive base salary, plus bonus.

**Must be registered and active with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, in good standing.

Salary and Benefits: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year 
Benefits: Extended health care, Paid time off, work from home base between travel
Additional: Bonus pay
