This webinar will provide an overview of what OT’s practising in Ontario should expect as Supervisors of Psychotherapy (providers) and Supervisees (recipients of psychotherapy supervision).

- OT Psychotherapy Supervisee expectations: Finding a supervisor, ensuring appropriate level of supervision, understanding the supervision agreement, establishing a supervision plan and record, client communication and transitions in supervision.
- OT Psychotherapy Supervisor expectations: Ensuring supervisor experience and competence and training, accountability, supervision notes, supervision agreement.

About our Presenter:
Gord Hirano is an Occupational Therapist with over 30 years of clinical experience. He is the Executive Director at the Hamilton Program for Schizophrenia. Gord holds a Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Boston University and actively does psychotherapy as well as provides psychotherapy supervision to occupational therapists.
