This virtual workshop will review the assessment details required in order to complete a full complex seating and mobility prescription. We will review not only the assessment details, but also the why, where and how to complete the assessment, simulation and final prescription in order to gain a functional midline posture and control for your client.
This workshop will be presented on Zoom. Participants will have access to presentation recordings until June 11, 2021. Exhibitor products will be presented throughout the sessions.

About our Presenter:
Sheila Buck is an Occupational Therapist from Ontario and has been actively working in the field of seating and mobility for over 30 years. Sheila has spoken extensively at National, International and European seating symposiums on seating and mobility issues. Sheila has authored, More Than 4 Wheels: Applying Clinical Practice to Seating, Mobility and Assistive technology, (2017 3rd Ed.) a practical guide to seating and mobility for dealers, manufacturers and therapists interested in the field of assistive technology. The book is currently being used in practices throughout Canada, Europe, Australia/New Zealand, Asia, the US, and the Caribbean. She also authored chapter 14 in Seating and Wheeled Mobility: A Clinical Resource Guide, Manual Mobility Applications for the Dependent User. Lange, M., & Minkel, J. (Eds). (2018).
