The participants will understand: What are the latest legal decisions guiding your duty to accommodate disabilities in the workplace Components of an accommodation policy and procedure Verifying accommodation requirements Dealing with gathering of accommodation information from the employee and health care team Requesting additional assessments Practical evidence for accommodation of: mental health conditions episodic illnesses chronic pain cognitive limitations sensory limitations ( vision, hearing) Practical tips and evidence based tools Toolkit Resources CERTIFICATE and attendance verification for CE credits
