Did you know you can now acces free, online, on-demand, virtual CarFit Training? CarFit teaches you how to educate drivers about person-vehicle fit, through the CarFit checklist. Using CarFit offers you an opportunity to have a positive, pro-active and preventative, educational intervention with drivers about safety and comfort behind the wheel, an important part of community mobility and instrumental ADL.
Previously trained Technicians, Coordinators, and Instructors are also welcome to re-take any level of training they received in person in the past, now virtually, and receive a new certificate of training as part of their ongoing or re-orientation to the program and professional development. Big reminder that all training is free! And you get a certificate of completion.
There are 5 different training options: Technician Training; Event Coordinator Training; Instructor Training; Technician 1:1 Training; OT Supplement Training
You can take them all, at your own pace.
