Join us for an introduction to Conflict Resolution for occupational therapists. You'll start with exploring your tendencies with the objective of gaining insight and self-awareness when confronted with a conversation you were not expecting. You'll leave the webinar with some concrete techniques and tools which will be vital in your journey as an allied health professional and in your personal life.

  • Practice strategies and learn concrete techniques to help navigate conflict and crucial conversations.

About Our Presenter:

Abid Valji (he/him), Registered Occupational Therapist (AB), Continuing Care
is a graduate of The Speech Studio in Edmonton, Alberta and obtained an Associate Designation in Speech and Drama from the Royal Conservatory of Music. Active in the arena of speech and debate from a young age, Abid has attended numerous speaking engagements and won awards at speaking festivals. Abid is active in the Startup Community in Edmonton, where he hosts a variety of virtual workshops which teaches entrepreneurs how to strengthen their communication and enable executive presence. Abid also works with entrepreneurs to improve their presentation and pitching skills to maximize exposure and secure funding. Professionally, Abid works as an occupational therapist with Continuing Care in Alberta.
